Shipping Origin
All SANYA orders are shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and courier.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs or courier services are outside of our control.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs regulations vary by country, SANYA is unable to predict or control these fees. If applicable, they will be collected by the courier or local customs authority upon arrival.
If customs duties or taxes are not paid and a shipment is refused or returned, any associated return costs, customs charges, or destruction fees may be deducted from the refund.
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to:

we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from any refund.
Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
SANYA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact
info@sanyazaheer.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product so we may assist promptly.
